Partner With CHC Menopause Café CIC — Menopause Awareness in Reading

Why Partner With a Community Menopause Organisation?

CHC Menopause Café CIC exists to support women through menopause and we know that we can do far more together than we can alone. We are actively seeking partnerships with organisations, employers, healthcare providers, community groups, and individuals who share our commitment to improving women's wellbeing in Reading and beyond.

Whether you want to commission a session, fund our work, collaborate on an initiative, or simply explore how you might contribute, we'd love to start a conversation.

Why Partner With Us? Menopause affects half the population and has far-reaching consequences for women's health, careers, relationships, and quality of life. Yet it remains significantly underserved, particularly in diverse and underserved communities.

By partnering with CHC Menopause Café your organisation becomes part of the solution. You help create the safe spaces, the community connections, and the accessible information that women in Reading genuinely need.

Menopause Support for Employers and Workplaces in Reading

Menopause in the workplace is increasingly recognised as a significant issue, both for the women experiencing it and for the organisations that employ them. Research consistently shows that many women consider reducing their hours or leaving their jobs altogether as a result of unmanaged menopause symptoms.

We can work with employers in Reading to raise awareness among managers and colleagues, support the development of menopause-friendly workplace policies, and provide a trusted community resource to signpost employees to.

NHS Surgeries and Healthcare Providers GPs, practice nurses, social prescribers, and other healthcare professionals are often the first point of contact for women experiencing menopause symptoms. We welcome collaboration with healthcare providers to ensure women in Reading know about CHC Menopause Café as a complementary community resource.

Charities and Community Organisations We are proud to be part of Reading's broader voluntary and community sector. We actively seek to collaborate with other charities, community groups, and voluntary organisations, particularly those working with women, those serving diverse communities, and those addressing mental health or health inequalities.
